Nature's Warehouse LLC sends order notifications (pickup and shipping updates), customer service replies, and requested callback confirmations by text message (SMS) to customers who have opted in to receive them.

How we collect consent (opt-in)

When you place an order by phone or in person at our retail store, a Nature's Warehouse representative asks: "Would you like to receive text message updates about your order?" If you say yes, we record your phone number and consent on your customer account, and we send a one-time text confirming your enrollment. You can also opt in by texting our business number, (330) 778-3454, first — for example by texting START or simply sending us a question.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

Bargain Club Text Program — Terms & Conditions

Program name: Nature's Warehouse Bargain Club Texts (includes the Mama Bear Bargain Club for The Motherhood Shop)

The Bargain Club is a free, standalone, opt-in weekly deals program. Joining is entirely optional and is never required to make a purchase, complete a transaction, or receive any service. Members receive recurring promotional text messages announcing weekly specials, discount codes, and limited-time offers.

How we collect consent (opt-in)

You can join the Bargain Club text list in any of these ways:

• Sign up online at natureswarehouse.net/bargain-club-signup. The form asks for your name and mobile number and includes a required consent checkbox: "I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g., weekly Bargain Club deals) from Nature's Warehouse at the mobile number provided above. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Approximately 1–2 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time." The form cannot be submitted without checking that box.
• Text START to our Bargain Club number to enroll yourself.
• Ask a representative to enroll you when you call or visit, or use an in-store signup form. The representative asks: "Would you like to join our Bargain Club and receive our weekly deals by text message?" Enrollment happens only if you say yes; we record your number and consent on your customer account and send a one-time enrollment confirmation text.

Joining the Bargain Club is not a condition of any purchase, transaction, or service, and declining has no effect on your order.
