Understanding Our Prices
Most products have four different price levels. Make sure you choose the correct price when ordering.
The manufacturer's recommended selling price, typically found at most stores.
Nature's Warehouse regular price — in most cases less than the suggested price.
Discounted prices for PATH Members. Save on every order with a PATH Membership.
Even deeper discounts when you buy 3 or more of an item. PATH Members only.
Sales Tax
Every state has different sales tax. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates vary by state and product type.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped. PATH Members enjoy the added convenience of a 30-day billing cycle. If you are interested in this benefit, ask about becoming a PATH Member.
Policies
Backorders
If an item is expected in a couple of days, we will hold your order and ship everything together. If the item is out of stock longer, we will create a back order. For smaller backorders with items totaling less than $20, we will remove those items and issue a credit.
Overpayment
If an order has an overpayment for any reason, a credit will be issued to your account and automatically applied to your next order. You can also request a refund by contacting us.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Substitutions
If an item is unavailable, we can substitute a similar item of the same or superior quality. If you prefer not to have items substituted, please let us know when ordering.
Prices Subject to Change
Although we strive to maintain updated prices, occasional adjustments may be necessary due to price changes from our suppliers. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
