| Usage Instructions | Before first use: Boil cup in water for 4-5 minutes to sanitize. To insert: Fold cup (C-fold or punch-down), insert angled toward tailbone, let open and pull gently to ensure seal. Wear up to 12 hours. To remove: Pinch grip rings at base to break seal, wiggle and remove. Rinse in cold water first, then wash with mild soap. Boil between cycles. Do not use for more than 12 hours without washing. |
