| Usage Instructions | For pregnant women only. Shake well. (1 dropperful = 1/8 tsp; 2 droppers = 1/4 tsp) While cramping and/or spotting: Take 3 droppers every 2-3 hours, for up to 12 hours. Once cramping and spotting lessen, take 2 droppers (1/4 tsp) every 4 hours. For ongoing cramping and spotting: Take 2 droppers 1-3 times daily for 10 days. Then slowly lower the dose and stop within a week. If you tend to deliver early: Start taking 2 weeks before you usually deliver (for example, if you usually deliver at 32 weeks, start at 30 weeks) to help support your pregnancy to term. Only use while cramping or spotting, unless you tend to deliver early. Not for continuous use otherwise. Important: Signs of preterm labor need medical care. Call your midwife or doctor right away if you have cramping, spotting, contractions or bleeding. Always talk with your healthcare provider before use. |
