| Usage Instructions | Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Pour a capful into mouth and gently swish and pull between teeth and gums. Start with 3 minutes and work up to 20 minutes for best results. Spit the rinse into a garbage pail and not the sink, as oils may solidify in cooler temperatures. WARNINGS: DO NOT INGEST.
