About this application

"Odoo Integration" is an internal Google OAuth application operated by Nature's Warehouse (Maine) Inc. ("Nature's Warehouse"). It connects employee and authorized practitioner Google Calendar accounts to the Odoo ERP system used by Nature's Warehouse for appointment scheduling, sales-order delivery scheduling, and calendar synchronization.

What data we access

When a user signs in with Google through this application, the application requests the following Google API scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — read and write access to the user's Google Calendar events.

The scope is used solely to read events the user has chosen to expose to Odoo and to write back appointments and sales-order delivery events created in Odoo. The application does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service.

How we use the data

Calendar event data is used only to:

• Display the user's existing calendar events inside Odoo so they can be referenced when scheduling sales orders, deliveries, or practitioner appointments.
• Create, update, or remove Google Calendar events that mirror appointments, deliveries, or other events the user creates in Odoo.

No calendar data is used for advertising, sold to third parties, used to train machine-learning models, or shared with any party outside Nature's Warehouse and the Odoo instance the user is signed into.

How we store the data

OAuth refresh tokens and the calendar events synchronized into Odoo are stored in the Nature's Warehouse Odoo database, which is hosted by Odoo S.A. on Odoo.sh infrastructure. Access is restricted to authenticated Odoo users and Nature's Warehouse system administrators. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Data retention and deletion

Synchronized calendar events remain in Odoo for as long as the user's Odoo account is active. A user may revoke this application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; doing so terminates further synchronization. Upon a user's request to tomlaudon@natureswarehouse.net, all synchronized calendar data tied to that user will be deleted from the Odoo database.

Third parties

The application is hosted by Odoo S.A. (Odoo.sh) and integrates with Google Calendar APIs. No other third-party processors receive calendar data.

Children

The application is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
