How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hrs from the time they were received. Orders paid by credit card or paypal before 2 p.m. ship the same day!

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
In the USA, most of our customers will receive their order within 4 business days from the time the order leaves the Warehouse!

When will you charge my credit card?
Your card is authorized at the time your order is placed. The card is actually charged at the end of the business day.

When do you postpone sending an order?
Our goal is to ship your orders as complete as possible. If a product you ordered is out of stock but will be available again within 72 hrs, we hold the order. We will notify you in advance by email.

Why are product descriptions not listing the disease or illness it can cure or prevent?

Did you receive a damaged product?
Contact us to receive your choice of a full refund or a replacement for the damaged product.
All returns or claims must be made within 30 days from the date of your invoice. Please provide your customer ID number or invoice number when contacting customer service. Please include the invoice (or a copy of it) with the returned product.

Contact  us to arrange shipping of the incorrect product (shipping will be refunded or credited to your account. We will send you the correct product at no additional charge to you (including shipping).'

Is a product listed on your invoice missing from your package?
Call us with the SKU or item number of the product and the quantity missing from your package. We will ship you the missing product(s) at no charge to you.
