Where do we start? Lavender is one of the most versatile essential oils. It is believed to help with anxiety, bee stings, skin problems, insomnia, allergies, headaches, stress and many more ailments.

Method: Steam Distilled
To alleviate insomnia or increase quality of sleep, put 2-3 drops on a cotton ball and place inside pillowcase. Or try 8-10 drops in a warm bath before sleeping.
For the relief of anxiety, nervous tension or mental balance, try 2-3 drops in a diffuser.
For the relief of skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, rashes, sunburn, place 2-3 drops on a cotton ball and dab on affected area. Please note: lavender is non-sensitizing in most people, but you may want to dilute with a carrier oil first to be safe.
